Agreement and eligibility
These Terms govern access to Cuebloom’s websites, applications, APIs, MCP tools, AI agents, and creative services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. If you use Cuebloom for a company or other organization, you represent that you can bind that organization. A separate signed agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
Accounts and workspaces
Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for managing workspace members, permissions, connected services, and sharing settings.
You may not share credentials outside your organization, evade usage limits, or use another person’s account without permission.
Your content and outputs
Cuebloom does not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs. You retain your rights in prompts, uploads, references, project files, and other material you provide (“Inputs”). As between you and Cuebloom, you own any rights Cuebloom may have in results generated for you (“Outputs”).
You grant Cuebloom a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, modify, and display your content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, maintain, and support the Service, comply with law, and follow your sharing or publishing instructions. This license is not a license to train generalized AI models or market your private work. It ends when the content is deleted, subject to temporary backups, legal retention, and copies already shared at your direction.
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, releases, and lawful basis needed for your Inputs, including any person’s image, likeness, or voice. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before use and for how you publish, distribute, or rely on them.
AI-specific terms
AI Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or similar to material generated for someone else. Outputs may not qualify for intellectual-property protection. Do not treat an Output as legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice.
Cuebloom provides access to models and services from multiple providers. Provider-specific terms, policies, and technical limits may apply to a model you select, and Cuebloom cannot grant rights broader than those available under applicable law or provider terms. Cuebloom itself does not restrict commercial use of an Output that you are otherwise legally entitled to use.
Workspace memories, saved preferences, and direct feedback may personalize your own Cuebloom experience. They are not used to train a public or cross-customer Cuebloom model. See the Privacy Policy for the full data-use commitment.
Acceptable use
You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Among other things, you may not use Cuebloom for unlawful content, child exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, deceptive impersonation, rights violations, malware, abuse, or attempts to bypass security or provider safeguards.
We may use automated and human review to enforce safety rules, respond to reports, protect users, and meet provider or legal obligations.
Plans, credits, and billing
Prices, included credits, renewal intervals, taxes, and plan limits are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled through the available billing controls. Canceling stops future renewal and does not by itself delete your account or content.
Subscription credits reset as described for the plan. Purchased top-up credits follow the terms shown at purchase. Unless law requires otherwise or the Service caused a duplicate or erroneous charge, fees and used credits are non-refundable. We may correct pricing, credit, or billing errors and will give reasonable notice of material plan changes.
Service changes and termination
Models, providers, features, limits, and availability can change. We may suspend or limit access to address a security risk, nonpayment, legal requirement, provider restriction, or material violation of these Terms. Where practical, we will give notice and a chance to cure.
You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including payment obligations, content responsibility, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute provisions.
Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Cuebloom disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cuebloom and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Cuebloom’s aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Cuebloom for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
General terms and contact
You may not assign these Terms without our consent; Cuebloom may assign them in connection with a reorganization, financing, merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. A delay in enforcement is not a waiver. These Terms, the referenced policies, and any applicable order or signed agreement form the agreement between you and Cuebloom concerning the Service.
We may update these Terms and will post the revised date. We will provide additional notice before material changes take effect when required. Questions may be sent to rakeen@cuebloom.ai.
