Acceptable use

Powerful tools need clear lines.

The line is straightforward: create ambitious work without harming people, violating rights, deceiving audiences, or attacking systems.

Create responsibly

Use the platform for lawful creative work and review every output before publishing.

Consent matters

A real person's face, voice, or identity requires the rights and permission to use it.

No evasions

Do not bypass safety, access, provider, or credit controls.

The principle

Cuebloom is built for legitimate creative production. Do not use the Service to harm people, violate rights, deceive an audience about a material fact, compromise systems, or evade safeguards. You are responsible for your Inputs, instructions, Outputs, and distribution.

Prohibited content

You may not use Cuebloom to create, upload, request, edit, or distribute:

  • child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers a child;
  • non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual violence, or sexual content using a real person’s likeness without explicit consent;
  • content that facilitates violence, terrorism, human trafficking, self-harm, or credible threats;
  • content that unlawfully discriminates, harasses, stalks, or exposes another person’s sensitive information;
  • content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other legal rights;
  • fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive endorsements, fabricated evidence, or impersonation intended to mislead;
  • malware, credential theft, security exploits, or instructions primarily intended to compromise systems;
  • any content or activity that is illegal where you or the affected audience is located.

People, likeness, and voice

You must have the rights and consent needed to use a person’s face, body, voice, performance, or other identifying traits. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered media when the context, platform rules, or law requires it.

Do not impersonate a person to obtain money, access, votes, confidential information, or another material benefit. Do not create a false endorsement or suggest a real person participated when they did not.

High-impact decisions

Do not use Cuebloom Outputs as the sole basis for decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education admission, legal services, healthcare, public benefits, or law enforcement. The Service is not a substitute for qualified professional judgment or legally required human review.

Platform abuse

You may not:

  • bypass safety controls, access restrictions, rate limits, credit accounting, or provider restrictions;
  • probe or access another customer’s workspace, content, credentials, or non-public systems;
  • automate abusive traffic, spam, scraping, or account creation;
  • resell access, share credentials outside authorized workspace use, or misrepresent Service capacity;
  • reverse engineer or interfere with the Service except where law expressly permits;
  • use Outputs or Service data to build an unauthorized competing model or dataset when provider terms prohibit that use.

Enforcement and appeals

We may block a request, remove content, restrict a feature, suspend an account, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce this policy, protect people or systems, follow provider rules, or comply with law. We consider context, severity, intent, history, and the feasibility of a cure.

If you believe enforcement was mistaken, contact us with the account email, affected job or support reference, and relevant context. We will review a good-faith appeal. See our Terms for additional account provisions.

Questions or requests

We would rather answer a direct question than hide an important detail in fine print. Email rakeen@cuebloom.ai with the name and email associated with your workspace.
