Privacy policy

Your work is not our training set.

Plain language first: your work stays your work. This policy explains what Cuebloom receives, why we need it, where AI providers fit, and the controls available to you.

No generalized model training

Private prompts, uploads, projects, and outputs are not used to train Cuebloom models.

A narrow purpose

We process creative work to run the features you choose—not to build a separate content business.

Control stays with you

Delete work, request account deletion, and decide when a project is shared or published.

Our data and AI commitment

Your creative work is not our training set. Cuebloom does not use private prompts, uploads, project files, or generated outputs to train or improve generalized AI models. We also do not use private work in advertising, showcases, or marketing unless you give us permission.

Cuebloom may use product telemetry, de-identified service statistics, and feedback to operate and improve the product. If you deliberately save brand memory or give an agent feedback, that information may be used to personalize your workspace. Workspace personalization is not training a public or cross-customer model.

Some features require us to send a prompt, reference, or source file to the AI provider selected for that job. We limit that transfer to what is reasonably needed to perform the request. Provider handling can vary by model and plan; see our Subprocessor List.

Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information when you use Cuebloom:

  • Account and workspace data, such as your name, email, sign-in identifiers, workspace membership, role, and preferences.
  • Customer content, including prompts, messages, uploads, references, project files, generated media, comments, agent memory, and feedback you choose to save.
  • Usage and technical data, such as feature actions, model and provider selections, credit usage, job state, device or browser information, approximate network information, and security events.
  • Billing data, such as plan, transaction, and invoice status. Payment-card details are collected and processed by our payment provider rather than stored directly by Cuebloom.
  • Communications, including support, sales, survey, and service-message history.
  • Connected-service data when you choose to connect an external service, limited to the credentials, instructions, and content needed for that integration.

How we use information

We use information to:

  • provide generation, editing, storage, collaboration, billing, agent, and support features;
  • authenticate users, enforce workspace permissions, prevent abuse, and protect the service;
  • route a request to the model or service you choose and return its result;
  • maintain product preferences and workspace-scoped personalization;
  • measure reliability, capacity, credit usage, and feature performance;
  • communicate about the service, transactions, security, and—where permitted—product news;
  • comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not use customer content for cross-context behavioral advertising.

When information is shared

We disclose information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. Infrastructure, authentication, storage, payments, email, support, and AI providers process data for us under their applicable agreements.
  • At your direction. We share content with collaborators, connected apps, publishing destinations, or members of a workspace when you choose those features.
  • Safety and law. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or respond to valid legal process.
  • Business changes. Information may transfer as part of a financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to this policy or notice of materially different treatment.

Published pages, public libraries, and share links are meant to disclose content to the audience you choose. Some media delivery links may be accessible to anyone who possesses the link, so do not upload secrets or regulated data unless your agreement with Cuebloom expressly supports that use.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data and customer content while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete many assets and projects in the product. You may also request deletion of an account or specific data by contacting us.

Deletion removes data from active systems within a reasonable period. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups, fraud-prevention records, financial records, or legal holds. Content you intentionally published or shared may remain with recipients, and a connected provider may retain information under its own documented terms.

Because Cuebloom does not use customer content to train generalized models, deleting content does not create the problem of trying to remove it from a Cuebloom training corpus.

Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal information, and to appeal a denied request. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.

You can update common account and workspace preferences in Settings. For a formal request, email us from the address associated with your account. We may verify your identity and authority before completing a request. You may use an authorized agent where applicable.

Security, transfers, and children

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed for the nature of the service. No online service can promise absolute security. Read the current control summary on our Security page.

Cuebloom and its providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms or contractual protections.

Cuebloom is a professional creative service and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the product, providers, or law changes. We will post the new date here and give additional notice when a change materially affects how we use customer content.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to rakeen@cuebloom.ai. Please do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, or sensitive source files in email.

Questions or requests

We would rather answer a direct question than hide an important detail in fine print. Email rakeen@cuebloom.ai with the name and email associated with your workspace.
