Keep you signed in

Session storage supports authentication and protected workspace access.

Remember your setup

Preferences and local drafts can stay on the device you use.

No ad cookies today

Cuebloom does not currently place third-party advertising cookies on its website.

The short version

Cuebloom uses cookies and similar browser storage primarily to keep you signed in, secure the Service, and remember product preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the Cuebloom website.

This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy, which explains the broader ways we handle personal information and customer content.

What we use

  • Authentication and security. Session cookies maintain sign-in, refresh authenticated access, prevent unauthorized requests, and protect workspace routes.
  • Preferences. Cookies or local storage can remember settings such as time zone, appearance, unfinished drafts, and device-local handoff state.
  • Payments and connected services. A payment or connected-service flow may set cookies needed for checkout, fraud prevention, or secure authorization on that provider’s domain.
  • Reliability. Hosting and security infrastructure may use short-lived identifiers to route traffic, prevent abuse, and diagnose failures.

Your choices

Most browsers let you delete or block cookies. Blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in, checkout, workspace access, and security features from working. Device-local drafts and preferences can also be cleared through browser controls; certain local drafts can be cleared from Cuebloom Settings.

If we add optional advertising or non-essential tracking technology in the future, we will update this policy and request a choice where applicable law requires one.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when browser storage practices change. Questions can be sent to rakeen@cuebloom.ai.

Questions or requests

We would rather answer a direct question than hide an important detail in fine print. Email rakeen@cuebloom.ai with the name and email associated with your workspace.
